The Poisoned Sun King. For those who have got it wrong.

There is a new version of the Emperor with no clothes, where the King, having been pointed out by the child to be naked, proceeds to strip off his skin, to expose the bloody mess beneath as proof that he was in deed wearing a cloak. The subjects upon seeing this, of course all do the same. The child having said you've just stripped off your skin, was met with a wonderful argument and the further demonstration of the kings many robes and again the people followed his example beautifully. The Emperor or king, I forget which, dying says that he really appreciates the child's honesty but that he simply has got it wrong.
