Page one of my autobiography. Coming out this fall, 3rd or forth paragraph

When I was no longer asked to teach at Massey University, they had just implemented a system where a tutors historical memory of previous years standard of work, something we would debate for hours,  was replaced with a relative and set number of grade slots filled irrespective of what the overall standard was. This made defending my experience and skill impossible, irrelevant and I was replaced by someone at a third of the price. But it was clear to me that a student from that point on, was getting a robots opinion of their work, and not someone who knows a thing or two.
